我岳父现年69岁，最近以来经常肚子痛（肚脐上方约5-7CM），出现黄疸后，
到县医院就疹，其主要化验指标如下： 血液： TB-总胆红素 206.7 UMOL/L
DB-直胆红素 133.8 UMOL/L ALT谷丙转氨酶 104.4 U/L GGT-谷氨酰酶 335.1 U/L TP-总蛋白
75.5 G/L ALB-白蛋白 42.4 G/L GLO球蛋白 33.1 G/L TTT麝浊 2.0 HBSAG 阳性
血淀粉酶和尿淀粉酶均为64温氏单位。 hematology counter 1022 hematology

肝右叶斜径 134mm 胆囊96*35mm2 壁 2mm 胆总管 13mm
肝脏常大，形态正常，包膜光滑，肝实质回声均匀，肝内管道走
向清晰，未见明显占位性病变。胆囊增大，壁薄，囊内透声好。
胆总管见扩张，腔内透声好。 CT所见：胰腺影稍增大，胰头稍明显，大小约2.5CM，测CT值22.5-28Hu，密度
欠均匀，增强后明显强化，测CT值65-72Hu，局部稍隆起，部分层面与
周围结构分界不清。胆总管扩张，宽约1.24CM，呈“扩张后狭窄”，
部分肝内胆管亦见扩张，部分胰管扩张，可见“双管征”，胆囊大，
（宽约4.0CM,长达9.8CM），其内未见明显异常密度影，胆囊壁增厚，
环形强化。脾厚，实质密度均匀；腹膜后未见明显肿大淋巴结，未见
腹水征。 医院检查的情况如上所诉，但我县医院刚引进CT设备，工作人员亦不熟悉此
新业务。因此，对此病例，几个医生有争议，有的认为是胰头癌，有的认为是胰
头结石，这样一来，医生也就不敢开处方。弄的我全家人都很头疼。如果是癌症，
那么，应该在饮食起居等方面注意的问题有哪些？
